ABOUT

NULL SOCIETY is a creative incubator focused on nurturing and evolving the intersection of art, design, music, and knowledge. We function as a dynamic encyclopedia, continuously absorbing and reflecting the unspoken and internalized aspects of society. Our work results in evergreen, yet ever-changing, art forms that resonate with the current cultural landscape.

independent from the rat race. By that, we mean this: we are free to post what we want, when we want. Null Society isn’t news or following trends for any algorithm. This allows us to prioritize accurate information on the things that interest us, and involve primary sources on everything possible.

Bildbauten Series (2007-09)

Dec 28, 2023
Kyle McKenzie

In BILDBAUTEN, architect Philip Schaerer explores how we perceive architectural space in the digital era. His meticulously crafted images blur the line between reality and digital constructs, prompting us to question what is real and what is imagined. His works possess a familiar quality, making them appear to be photographs of actual buildings, yet they are entirely digital. This reflects Schaerer’s bold re-imagination of architecture. His series challenges our understanding of space and highlights the evolving role of architects, artists, and digital creators in shaping our perceptions in a tech-driven world. What is even real?
